Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be given on a case by case basis. Please contact alanafujidesigns@gmail.com directly if there is an issue with your product.

Items will be eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving a purchase. After 14 days, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any compensation for your item. 

Custom orders can not be refunded/returned.

To be eligible for exchange/return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for any losses that occur.

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or any surrounding areas to check if your package was accidentally sent there.

Exchanges

Each item from our shop is handmade, therefore exchanges will be given on a case by case basis. Exchange items must be shipped back in their original condition with original packaging.

Photos must be sent via Instagram DM or email if you would like an exchange for the same item. Please send us an email at alanafujidesigns@gmail.com 

Items sent to us for returns will be carefully inspected and must be approved before receiving a refund. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of exchanging or returning an item. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. 

Please be aware that shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Due to our custom corsets being valued at around $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
